How to decrystallize honey?

Decrystallizing honey is easy and requires gentle warming. Place your sealed glass jar of crystallized honey into a warm water bath—a deep bowl or pot filled with hot water (around 110°F to 120°F / 43°C to 49°C).

Let the jar sit in the warm water for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a clean spoon until the crystals dissolve back into liquid honey. Avoid using boiling water or microwaving the honey directly, as excessive temperatures destroy beneficial enzymes, alter delicate flavor compounds, and degrade honey quality. If your honey comes in a plastic squeeze bottle, transfer it to glass first.
