Welcome to Vegan Kingz ([https://vegankingz.com/](https://vegankingz.com/)). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, product quotes, sales transactions, and wholesale ingredient purchasing (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our website, submitting quote requests, or purchasing wholesale products from Vegan Kingz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Commercial & Wholesale Use

  • Target Audience: Vegan Kingz primarily operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale ingredient supplier serving manufacturers, distributors, caterers, bakeries, and food brands.

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Certain bulk purchases, custom private labeling, and direct import orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs), specified per product line or agreement.

  • Quotes & Pricing: Quotes generated via our website or sales representatives are valid for the period stated on the formal quote. Prices are subject to market fluctuations for raw agricultural commodities prior to order confirmation.

2. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders, Specifications & Private Labeling

  • Product Specifications: Product specifications, mesh sizes, moisture levels, or organic certifications are confirmed at the time of order or sample approval.

  • Custom & Private Label Orders: Orders involving custom grinding, blending, or private-label packaging are non-cancelable once production or processing has commenced.

4. Delivery, Shipping & Freight

  • Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided at checkout or in the sales agreement.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon tender of goods to the carrier (unless explicitly agreed otherwise under specific freight Incoterms).

  • Delivery dates are estimates. Vegan Kingz is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs holds, ocean freight disruptions, severe weather, or carrier issues beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Inspection & Claims

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Buyer must inspect shipments upon arrival for damaged goods, shortage, or non-conformance.

  • Claims Window: Claims regarding damaged goods, defective batches, or mis-shipments must be reported to Vegan Kingz in writing within five (5) business days of delivery.

  • Returns: Unused and unopened non-perishable goods may only be returned with prior written authorization from Vegan Kingz. Perishable, custom, or private-label goods are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, product photos, graphics, logos, and digital material on [https://vegankingz.com/](https://vegankingz.com/) are the exclusive property of Vegan Kingz or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

  • As-Is Provision: Except for explicit specifications agreed upon in writing, all materials and products sold through the website are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • Food Safety & Use: Buyer is responsible for proper storage, handling, secondary processing, and allergen labeling in their final end-consumer packaging or preparation.

  • Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegan Kingz’s total liability for any claim arising out of orders placed shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
